It is important to understand how much power the wind turbine you purchased will produce. First check the average annual wind speed for the wind turbine's location. Then consult the power curve for the wind turbine (detailed in the datasheet) as this specifies the power output at given wind speeds.  The wind turbine also needs to be sited correctly otherwise power output will be compromised - see our  wind turbine siting advisory document.. 

If within 14-days from receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us by phone on +44 (0)1981 241668 or email [email protected].  The goods need to be returned as your expense and once we have checked they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when dispatched, a refund will be made.
